Regulatory update: Please note that transfers from UK pension funds are on hold for all products within the ClearView Retirement Plan while the Australian Treasury liaises with the UK HMRC regarding the Qualifying Recognised Overseas Pension Schemes (QROPS) compliance status of Australian superannuation funds. It is important that you speak to your adviser or specialist adviser if this impacts you.
